Tom came out when I had been let down at the last minute on a Sunday evening. He came on time, was able to diagnose the issue quickly, and cleared the block with minimal fuss or disturbance. He informed me of work that needed to be carried out a later date, and provided excellent guidance on who to contact etc. He truly saved the day! Would highly recommend Tom.

Originally requested quote for cctv survey l, Tom called and discussed the issue came out within the hour, advised full cctv survey was not likely to be required, got the camera out and identified 4 poor installed joints of a new build which was causing the drain to repeatedly block, video taken and tom talked through whilst highlighting each area of the poorly installed drainage. Quote provided for the works within an hour of leaving and all evidence submitted to David Wilson who have been refusing liability for 4 years! Saved me over £300 would highly recommend

Tom came to us on a wet and windy weekend morning because all our drains in the farm yard were blocked and flooding the yard. We called him Friday evening and he was there by 8am the next morning. Excellent, reliable, quick service with amazing results. Our yard was flood free by mid morning. Highly recommend

Called Tom (Smelly Drains). Had seen his van advertising "unblocking drains without digging them up". Had two blocked drains outside my house. (A) took "runoff" from my roof and waste from a washbasin. (B) took waste from a kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine. (A) was an easy fix (leaves and mud). (B) took more effort and required jetting. This expelled some disgusting "fatbergs" (formed over many years). Tom cleared all this away and left me with a tidy site and working drains for £100 plus VAT. Easy to book, turned up on time and did a great job for a fair price. Recommended!
