  Installation of an EV charger and porch light fitting

  Spencer was great coming over and explaining how the work would be carried out on the day. On the day Daniel and Qenan were great, helping to shift some items that impacted the work area and the explaining how the work will be carried out. Once complete they showed me how to operate the device and any application installation that was required. All certificates were provided. Overall very smooth working with the SM Electrical team. I would recommend them to anyone else.

  Replace fuseboard, fault finding, install heat/smoke alarm

  A great team of electricians, from Spencer answering all the questions upon inspection, providing a quote in no time and handling all communications, to Luke and Luca doing the work in a very efficient and thorough way. We had our fuseboard replaced, a new heat detector + 2 smoke alarms installed, and a faulty switch fixed. During the test they even found out about a recently installed oven that had a loose screw: they unmounted the oven and fix it. Great team!

  Fit Electric Hub, two kitchen lights and a Ring Floodlight camera

  Excellent service and communication. The electricians arrived early, walked through what needed to be done and did a great job. They replaced a faulty induction hob for us and explained how the new one works. Then they put in two new lights in the kitchen, explored a flickering overhead light and fixed that. They then installed a wired Ring floodlight for us. Tested it all and they all work as expected. All work that was carried out was done cleanly. The old hob and fixings were removed by them to be disposed of properly. Many thanks for a great service.

  fitted fan extractor in bathroom and new light switch

  Very polite, efficient and the guys did a great job. They even tidied up really well post job. Spencer came round to do the initial assessment and gave me a very clear and detailed explanation to what needed to be done. Even though they were slightly more expensive than the comparison quote it was definitely worth it as the job was done impeccably. The guys even put shoe covers on when they came in the house. That goes a long way! Highly recommended!

  Two Light Fittings Installed - Great Service

  SM Electrical were great to deal with, great communication the whole way through. The electrician that came to complete the work was great, worked closely with us to get everything perfect and was very helpful. We are delighted with the work and will use SM Electrical the next time we need anything similar done.
