I’ve had an excellent experience with SM Electrical Services. Spencer got in touch promptly about replacing an extractor fan and all the downlighters in my flat. He visited the next day, was punctual, offered to wear overshoes, and explained all the options clearly. The written quote was detailed and reasonable, and he answered my questions promptly. I had my fusebox updated and I cannot thank Spencer and his team enough. They were professional and friendly and from the point of first contact filled me with confidence that they were the right people the job. I hate to say that unless you are going off sound recommendations, when picking a tradesman it can feel like a guessing game to find the right person but Spencer may be feel comfortable from the beginning and Daniel and Quenan were professional and polite and answered all my questions.
