From the initial contact to the completion of the job I was very relaxed. Spencer arrive as arranged, gave a good quote (even my wife thought it would be more) and the guys who completed where friendly and informative. Spencer was really quick with communication during the initial quite stage and ran me clearly through all my options and advised me on what was best to do. The team that came, Luke and Luca, were super efficient and tidy and also took the time to work around my children, who were quite excitable!
