Sam was very efficient in providing estimates, responding to queries and also inspecting the property to confirm the estimates. Very punctual, polite, pleasant to interact with, he did a good job at fixing the damage with the appropriate paint, which he sourced himself removing any additional hassle to the job itself. After being contacted, Sam quickly came for checking the kind of work. Two walls and part of the ceilings in two separate rooms as a result of water leaks on the roof. The spots need some remediation works and then repaint. Sam did a great job, he brought all the equipment and he has been quick and clean. We would definitely recommend him and we are going to call him again for any other jobs we may need.
