  Garden renovation

  A major garden project - new patio, pathway and artificial grass area - all carried out by Sam and team who did an excellent job. Discussion took place every step of the way ensuring that we were happy with what was being done, and the outcome was a beautiful garden which was left clean and tidy and ready for us to enjoy. We would highly recommend SM construction & paving design and in fact we have used Sam on several occasions from very small jobs through to this latest project and have always been very pleased with the work.

  Back Garden

  I have had Sam and his team carry out work for me on a few occasions over the past few years. Sam and his team are polite, helpful and reliable and I have had lots of compliments on the work they have completed for me on my drive, area to the side of my house and my back garden. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

  Complete garden overhaul.

  Sam and his team were punctual and worked hard to the end of each day. They were all very polite and sociable. Sam always checked with us before making suggested changes to the original plan and was very accommodating when we requested additions. Overall a job very well done and we are very pleased with the end result.

  Sam came to give us a quote. He was very honest and reliable with all the information. He communicated with us during the entire process. He gave us links to websites to select materials, him and his team were always on time, always very courteous and professional. Sam gave us options and advice to help design the patio. They left all the area around our patio tidier than before. My husband and I are really enjoying all the great workmanship. Our patio feels so lovely. We are so pleased we found Sam s company. I have been recommending him to all my friends and family.
