We’ve been using Shannon to clean most weeks for just over a year now, sometimes on her own, sometimes with a colleague. House always smells & looks lovely & clean when she’s done. 3bed, 2bath, 1.30- 2hrs. We try to tidy the kids toys beforehand but she’ll clean around whatever we don’t get to - lego mostly! Happy to change bed sheets if asked. DS loves when his soft toys have been arranged neatly on his bed sometimes too. Consistent time & communication could be better but we don’t live near anyone other clients so rarely matters.

Shannon and her team did a deep clean for me on Saturday. Me, my husband and kids met Shannon at the door then went out for the day, when we got home, i was amazed at how clean and shiny our house was. They also tidied up, changed beds and pulled furniture out to clean behind. Will use again and will recommend as they went above and beyond . Thank you so much again

Shannen was very pleasant and listened carefully to my description of the work, but charged a high price for what turned out to be a skimped job. Her young and inexperienced assistant failed to clean the bedroom adequately so I had to dust parts myself and vacuum the whole floor including under the bed. The bathroom was left unfinished. Shannen is good but was in a hurry to get on to the next job so I found I had to carry out some of the work she had agreed to do herself. I've cancelled our arrangement. I suggest she plans a schedule for individual clients with a suitable time slot for each.

Great cleaner, very thorough, but we had to let her go because of communication issues. On three occasions she simply failed to turn up & we were left hanging. In each case there was a reason, but she didn’t contact us, even after we texted her (eg “ Shannen we’ve been waiting two hours & getting seriously worried now - are you ok?”)

Prompt, thorough and really good value for money. Will definitely be using again
