Very polite and amazing team.

Highly recommended SM Building & Roofing they come to do feather edge fencing in my front and back garden done a smashing job very polite team. Also had them back to do internal work in my property completed works to a very high standard.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sean, Tom and the Lads did a great job on my roof. They extended the rafters, fitted new felt, laid double roman tiles, replaced the leadwork, and installed new fascia boards, all done with care and solid workmanship. The finish looks clean and well put together, and they kept everything tidy throughout the job. I’d happily recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing work.

Great work, very communicative

We hired SM Building to replace some exterior, concrete lintels that had broken and rip out an old fireplace and replaster our lounge. We are really pleased with the work. They were communicative throughout the process and kept us up to date with when builders would be on site, scaffolders appearing, etc. We would happily recommend them, and when we do our bathroom next year, we'll certainly be contacting them!
