Shaun attended the next day even though it was a bank holiday. Serviced boiler,and checked. Did a brilliant job, quick to attend, friendly bloke. 2nd time we've used Shaun, communicated well, let us know he was in his way. So glad we've found someone we can rely on and does a good job

Always very prompt and extremely efficient and helpful

Having replaced the Actuator, there was still an issue. Shaun took responsibility for the additional issue and tracked down 3 loose wires with the connected Nest system. Thank you Shaun for your perseverance and getting the heating system working. Much appreciated.

Have used SM before for breakdowns & always had great service from Shaun & this time his colleague too, in system replacement ( of 17 year old boiler) He is our go to guy for anything gas or plumbing, reliable & friendly, conscientious company. Many thanks again mate

Shaun came round and fitted my new gas cooker I found him to be very polite and courteous, talking me through the job all the time he did a fantastic job within 30 mins, very clean and tidy and I would not hesitate in recommending him to others, a extremely nice person 10/10

Seems a very helpful company. When in need was willing to help out and do what they can over a bank holiday, when other wasn't interested. Highly recommend
