My third time using SM Bates and another excellent experience! Steve had great communication, arrived promptly and finished the new light fitting extremely quickly, if I have any electrical issues I'll definitely be continuing to use S M Bates! Thank you Steve!!

Steve fitted us in really promptly, was exactly on time, highly professional and eventual cost was exactly in line with what was quoted. Great experience, highly recommended.

Steve answered my enquiry promptly and all jobs were completed two days later. Great customer service. Steve is professional, friendly and polite. He consulted me and kept me informed throughout. He arrived on time and was very tidy. I would recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future.

Hoped the work would be a simple loose wire, but it turned out to be a much more complex issue. Steve was able to explain the issue to me, and undertook several different approaches to work out how to fix the issue, rather than saying he couldn’t figure it out and to simply not use the sockets. He fixed it quickly using his own parts, and was professional and easy to chat with throughout. 10/10 and will be using him in future.

I contacted Steve regarding an EICR Check which needed to be completed quickly prior to exchange. He was really professional answering to an dealing promptly with this time sensitive request !!

Not a difficult job but beyond my skill set and the number of wires made for a really tight fit but Steve's done a great job. He was was friendly, polite and kept me informed about his arrival time. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any electrical work.
