Becky, Emma and Eddie are a fab team. Great communication, very reliable and work is of a very high standard. Very clean and dust free too. Very much recommend them. We love our new floors

Not sure what I was expecting in terms of quality as my floors were very old, tired and filthy but my goodness its like new flooring has been put down! Want to say a HUGE thanks to smartwood flooring for such a great job at a very reasonable price - someone asked me whether the full price was for just 1 room, and they did 4 rooms! Emma & Eddie were very punctual and professional, felt very comfortable leaving them in my house whilst I went to work. Becky was great at following up, but maybe a little too frequent! Another big thanks, I'll be in touch to finish the last 2 bedrooms!

Wonderful communication throughout and such a lovely family business to work with. Emma and Eddie did a superb job and the result was far better than I anticipated. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them myself again.

It's great working with a family run business. Becky is a great communicator and managed my expectations really well. Emma and Eddie did a great job fitting the floor, they were a pleasure to have around, very polite, easy to communicate with and tidy workers. Moved into a new build and I wanted a full downstairs lay of Karndean vinyl flooring plus two upstairs bathroom and our en-suite. We had a consultation with Becky, she showed us our flooring options and gave us to have some samples to take home and match up against our home colour scheme. Eddie and Emma came a few weeks later and fitted the flooring which took about a week, i LOVE my flooring, its absolutely stunning now its all complete. we chose the Knight Tile just goes with everything and looks very classy. Would definitely recommend Smartwood Flooring!!! Thank you Guys.
