Mark can always be relied upon to complete a great job within the specified time period. He is a lovely chap and always works in a tidy environment.

We asked Mark to convert a cellar after he had made such a good job of adding a one storey extension to our house. We have been delighted in his company's work . His long and extensive experience is obvious. It is important to him to do the best work possible and to make sure that we are happy with the results. He is always true to his word. We have appreciated his expert advice and practicality and highly recommend his company.

Smartbuild were employed to compete the full renovation over two flats and a shop. Employing them out of the six building companies was the best decision. The work was to the highest quality and as I was based over 100miles from the job. It was comforting to know that the job was being run well with good communication, which meant I had to visit the site less frequently than I would normally.
