Martin arrived promptly at the agreed time. He explained all what he was going to do clearly. I am very pleased with the work carried out and I must say he went up and beyond in his efforts. The job was reasonably priced and he left the area clean and tidy and asked if there was anything else that need to be done before he left. I would have no problem recommending him in the future.

I was very pleased with the cleaning of my conservatory and Martin also cleaned my gutters and the windows above the conservatory he did a very thorough job and left them spotless and would definitely recommend him and will be using him again .

Originally the job was just to clean the patio but it became clear that the cement between the slabs needed replacing. Martin from Smart Ways had a discussion with us about the options available. We decided to go ahead with a resin product to replace the cement. He was also able to repair our backdoor step. The photos below show before and after. Martin was able to complete the job during the original job booking and worked in a very efficient and clean way. We would recommend Smart Ways
