I'm really happy with the work done. The engineer was on time, really professional and fixed the problem. I was particularly impressed with how the engineer explained what the fault was and how to fix it. The charges were also very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this firm and engineer.

Talal and his team did a really thorough job and made sure everything was perfect before they left. They showed a degree of perfectionism and professionalism rarely seen. While the job took longer than expected this was only because of the above attention to every detail and the drive to make sure everything was right. Very friendly crew and took pains to work with us and explain exactly what they were doing at every step. We will definitely be using Smart Trades again for any needs that arise. Thoroughly recommended.

The guys from Smart trade we're great. Both really friendly, punctual and tidy. They've done a really thorough job and were happy to talk me through everything, and answered loads of other plumbing relate questions I had ready for them. Prices were very competitive and communication was good. I'll be ringing these guys for our new home from now on.
