We could not recommend Tyler any more than we could if there was a score of 20 we would score him that. We hadn’t moved house and Tyler went to the house to quote for us, which was a fair price and was the only trade to give me a full breakdown of works, he also waited till we had moved and kept in touch to a professional manner. Tyler was here when the delivery arrived to check it was all there, his team arrived when they said they would and completed a lovely job. The Tyler and Archie completed my fibreglass flat roof, they worked into the night to complete the job and it’s beautiful .

We used Smart Tech Roofing to carry out a full roof renovation. We were sceptical because we have dealt with some proper cowboys and as a result were very hesitant. However we had no need to be, Tyler and Smart Tech roofing were amazing for us, from start to finish. Before even making any agreement he had already been to visit us twice to investigate the problems we were having and what needed doing. He took loads of videos for proof at every stage and couldn't have been less pushy about receiving payment. The roof now looks great and compared to other quotes it was very reasonable. TopJob

Tyler was amazing from start to finish. He provided videos and pictures from the initial inspection to help explain what work needed carrying out and kept us updated throughout the project which was great. He was thorough in his approach and made it clear he wasn’t willing to cut any corners, which gave us real confidence in the work. The pricing was competitive and the finished product is fantastic. Great communication throughout, I would definitely recommend!

Communication with Tyler was perfect from start to finish. He bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect. I was impressed how his team completed the main roof replacement in a day with finishing touches the following day. Everything was left tidy and all rubbish cleared away. The only downside was the scaffolding was up for 4 weeks as the scaffolder was away on holiday. Apart from that, I’m so pleased with the work that was done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others

Called out smart tech roofing as some of our roof tiles had come loose. They had been recommended to us from a friend of the family. Nice, polite young man came out as soon as he was able to. Had a look, and told us what had to be done. Sent over a quote later that evening, which was acceptable. Came back out after he had finished a job, and sorted. Very tidy worker.

Tyler from smart tech roofing was able to attend our property the same day we messaged when we was having an issue with our ridges after high winds & rain. The next day he came back and relayed everyone of our ridge tiles to make sure they will hold up against future wind and rain, so happy with all aspects of the job, and a big thank you to Tyler for helping us out so quickly, and a very fair price
