Tyler was fantastic from start to finish. Very quick to come out and assess the roof, came out to do the job just after Christmas and I was informed all the way through with pre and post videos. I would definitely recommend Smart Tech Roofing

I recently had Tyler complete chimney flaunching and ridge repointing on my roof, and I’m really pleased with the whole experience. He was professional, clear in explaining the work, and provided a same-day quote at a fair price. The job started quickly after scaffolding went up, and although a 50% upfront payment may put some off, I was comfortable proceeding. Tyler shared videos of the finished work and left everything clean. Reliable, skilled, and highly recommended.

Tyler and team were fantastic. Came to look at the issue as soon as he could. Once on the job communication was great and took lots of videos and pictures that allow us to see the issues ourselves. No question was too big or small to answer and dealt with everything brilliantly. Have already recommended him to friends.

We could not recommend Tyler any more than we could if there was a score of 20 we would score him that. We hadn’t moved house and Tyler went to the house to quote for us, which was a fair price and was the only trade to give me a full breakdown of works, he also waited till we had moved and kept in touch to a professional manner. Tyler was here when the delivery arrived to check it was all there, his team arrived when they said they would and completed a lovely job. The Tyler and Archie completed my fibreglass flat roof, they worked into the night to complete the job and it’s beautiful .

We used Smart Tech Roofing to carry out a full roof renovation. We were sceptical because we have dealt with some proper cowboys and as a result were very hesitant. However we had no need to be, Tyler and Smart Tech roofing were amazing for us, from start to finish. Before even making any agreement he had already been to visit us twice to investigate the problems we were having and what needed doing. He took loads of videos for proof at every stage and couldn't have been less pushy about receiving payment. The roof now looks great and compared to other quotes it was very reasonable. TopJob

He provided videos and pictures from the initial inspection to help explain what work needed carrying out and kept us updated throughout the project which was great. He was thorough in his approach and made it clear he wasn’t willing to cut any corners, which gave us real confidence in the work. The pricing was competitive and the finished product is fantastic. Great communication throughout, I would definitely recommend!
