  Karol did come on time and gave us a reasonable quote for having our ev charger fixed. His work is so neat and done great. Definitely would recommend using his services.

  Lovely new light and fan for bathroom

  We are very pleased with the work that was carried out in our bathroom, a new sensor light and extractor fan.Very reasonable price for the service and kept well informed about when parts would arrive and when to expect the work to be done.   I am really pleased with the work carried out by Smart Switch Electric. The work carried out was to a high standard. Karol is a very nice person to deal with. Communication was excellent, and he turned up on time as promised. I was delighted with the price too. It was really competitive and I would go as far to say I could not have got the job done any cheaper. I will use them for any future electrical jobs. They will be my "Go To" choice. Furthermore, I would recommend them to my family and friends, and to all people out there who read this, particularly in the Telford area.

  Electric Shower in need of a fix

  I have struggled with my shower switch for years, so I posted on Checkatrade and Karol from Smart Switch Electric quickly got in touch. From the start, he was friendly and professional. He inspected the problem, ordered parts, and had everything fixed within two days. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained the issue, the cause, and how to prevent it in future. Karol went the extra mile (he even drew a diagram explaining everything to ensure that I had understood.) I’d highly recommend his services!
