    Spray foam removal

    Well from start to finish Ryan and his team were absolutely amazing. We were very apprehensive about having the foam removed after being scammed in the first but Ryan immediately put our minds to rest. He explained everything thoroughly and we didn't feel pressured inchoosingr them to do the job. Kieran and Ross were amazing keep us informed about everything they were doing feom starttof finish. I cannot recommend Smart Solutions 365 highly enough, let them do your work you will not be disappointed

    I would highly recommend Smart solutions for all things roof related

    Originally arranged for Smart Solutions to remove the closed foam roof insulation, Ryan was professional in explaining the process and assessing the roof. We agreed to start early January, little did we know that on removing the foam the wooden frame was shot and it was the foam that was keeping the whole roof up!! Ryan and Brian quickly contacted me to explain the situation and quote for a new roof. Work started promptly but the wettest Jan/Feb delayed proceedings. Once there were a few dry days, Dai and James moved fast with regular photos/video updates. Huge thanks to you all.

    Trust in People

    When you need a job doing properly, you need someone you can trust. Spray foam in my attic was what I needed removing. Not an easy job, and not a pleasant one to do. There’s a few people out there that say they will do it for you, but can you trust them? I found Smart Solutions 365. From my experience I can highly recommend this company to do it for you. They don’t ask for any up front money. They will show you what they have done after each stage. They clean up properly after them and they are nice people to deal with. Genuine recommendations are sometimes hard to find. This is one from me.

    If you had any worries about the removal of foam insulation then don't Smart Solutions 365 Group Ltd are a company you can trust. From the very start to the finish they all acted very professionally, they kept me informed as to what they were doing and how they were doing the work. They left my home clean and tidy, I cannot recommend them too much, well done Smart Solutions 365, I thank you all very much, Eric

    Professional and efficient

    My elderly mother needed open-cell spray foam removed from her loft. From initial conversations with Smart Solutions 365 they seemed the right choice. They were the same price as other quotes but unlike those, also included adding traditional insulation to the loft to compensate for the removal of the foam. Work was completed on time and Kyren and the team were great with my mum, keeping her informed of progress and sharing pictures and video of the work. All material was taken and there was zero mess. We definitely made the correct choice and can't recommend Smart Solutions 365 highly enough.

    Open-cell spray foam loft insulation removal.

    The team arrived on time and was courteous and friendly. I was impressed with the work done for the removal of open-cell spray foam loft insulation and the clean up job. Even thou the team took photographs of before, during and after the process, they were more than happy for me to check for myself during the process. I am very happy with the result.
