  Aircon installation (excellent)

  Joe and his team did an excellent job installing AC in my apartment, I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They fitted one outdoor Panasonic unit and three indoor units, plus additional wiring, in my split level Victorian terraced apartment (top floor). Joe explained my options clearly during the survey, followed up promptly with a quote, and they installed everything within two days. Communication was also clear. The team worked super efficiently and profesionally, even my neighbours were awed! And having the AC is game changing. Definitely recommend.

  Installing AC

  I was so lucky to find the team at Smart Plus Heating. We started looking for AC in June and got through to them and got an installation date straight away. Communication with Joe was great throughout the process always responding promptly. The AC installation was completed to a very high standard and i am extremely happy with the result. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to install heating and cooling systems

  From getting the quote through to installation Joe and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything was explained fully at quote stage and my needs as a customer were considered. On the day of installation the crew that turned up were friendly and professional and was a pleasure to have them in my home. They respected my property and kept me updated every step of the way. Would not hesitate to recommend them and will be using them moving forward. Trustworthiness isn’t always to get these days. Smart Plus Heating definitely offer that.

  Reaction to a problem

  The true value of a Company can be recognised when you advise them of a problem. After first use of the system we developed a damp patch in the ceiling, despite it being the Sunday of a Bank Holiday Joe arranged for one of the Team to visit later that day, could not ask for more. Just hope the problem has been resolved. Thankyou.
