  Brilliant experience from start to finish. Professional, polite and prompt, the team took great care to do a great job while making as little mess as possible. They were very patient with our many requests on the cosmetic elements of the install, and we genuinely lovely people to have around on the install day!   Joe and his team were punctual, friendly and professional from start to finish. The ac units were installed and operational in 2 days and work great. We really appreciated Joe taking the time to show us how to use the smartphone apps to get the most from the units.
