  Replacing a shower pump

  Sandy from Smart Heat replied to my Checkatrade request very promptly. He asked for a couple of photos of the existing pump and then was able to source a new pump. He arranged a date to fit it about a week later. Fitting was reasonably quick and all was left tidy and working He kept in touch. His price was slightly above his quote but there was a complication with the installation caused by a lack of isolation valves.

  Fast service. Polite tradesman. Took the time to explain issue and possible fixes. Needed urgent work doing on NYE and Sandy was quick to respond to the issue and resolved it within an hour! Highly recommend.
