  Sandy from Smart Plumbing came the following day, with the part required. Did the work promptly. promptly and willingly came back again when we reported that the toilet seat would not stay up. He explained that he had had to use a generic seat as the original was a custom made import from Italy - expensive and lengthy time to re-order. And showed how the seat could be (carefully) positioned to stay up. He will also see if he can get an original at an out-of-stock or something and get back to us. We will use his services again Thank you.

  Fantastic service start to finish

  We recently hired Sandy to install a brand-new shower and shower unit, and to relocate a radiator. From start to finish, he was brilliant. He arrived on time, talked us through the process, and completed the work to an exceptionally high standard. Moving the radiator was no trouble at all for him, and the new shower looks and works perfectly. Friendly, tidy, and very reasonably priced—we will definitely be using Sandy for any future plumbing needs!
