Absolutely spot on job. I was out, while the work was carried out, but my wife was very impressed with the professionalism and manner of Macauley. Straight to work and very politely mannered. A date was set for the work. I didn’t chase it around. I didn’t have to. If Macauley has booked it in, then it’s pretty much guaranteed he will turn up. We will be definitely using him again for our future projects. He went above and beyond what was asked and fit us an isolation valve to turn it off in winter months and advised that we do so. I would definitely recommend to anyone with plumbing needs.

Macauley was fantastic from the moment we spoke. He was punctual and explained all our options in normal speak so that we understood. He kept us up to date with the delivery of parts and fitted them quickly when they arrived. He was tidy and respectful throughout. I would defiantly recommend Smartpipe and will use again when needed
