David was very friendly and professional. Turned up on time and completed the work efficiently. I an happy to recommend him.

After the storm, found our lead flashing had been ripped away from the bay window and was hanging dangerously off the roof 40 feet up. If it had broken loose completely it could have seriously hurt someone. Our neighbour had found David on line and brought him over to me, he immediately pulled the led flashing free to make it safe, with no obligation to have him fix it. He turned up next day at 10 o'clock on the Saturday morning and had it fixed back in place perfectly. He even repaired my down pipe. I can't praise him enough. I will definitely be using him again, so will all my neighbours.

David and his workmate were friendly and efficient. David emailed me a written quote for replacing my failed wet verge on our side of a semi detached house, and replacing it with dry verges (plastic caps). I appreciated his interest in what was a small job (less than a day's work between them). The price was good and they left the house looking much better than they found it, and took photos to show me the condition they'd found the battens in (stained but not rotten, thankfully!). Thanks guys.

David @ Smartline Roofing & Property Improvements has done a lot of work for us at our house. He is a marvellous roofer & fixed a cowl on our very tall chimney. He mended a part of the roof causing a leak in our lounge and it looks immaculate. He replaced fencing in our back garden and did it expertly. He is very conscientious and likes everything to be just right. He has replaced paving slabs and remounted wonky steps. He has repainted walls and railings. We would highly recommend him and he is very pleasant in his manner and very reliable. We always call on him to do jobs for us.

placed job on Monday he replied within 2hrs came out Tuesday morning as it was a small job all done in 1hr

Can't thank David enough for a great job done on fixing my chimney, very efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend and will most definately use again
