  Outstanding Service – Professional and Efficient Fuse Board Upgrade

  I recently had my old fuse board replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From start to finish, the electrician was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained the entire process clearly, answered all my questions, and ensured everything met current safety regulations. The work was completed efficiently, with minimal disruption to my home.   Excellent service! We contacted Smartlec Electrical to replace all of the lights in our house and we had Lenny sort it for us the next morning. I would highly recommend Smartlec for any electrical requirement.

  Vicente and team are excellent, from start to finish they were brilliant. They kept us informed, were quick to reply/answer and did an excellent job. The team were tidy and came back to fix a small fault and did its very professionally and made sure we were fully happy before signing off. Would highly recommend.

  The workmanship was up to standard but very slow after telling me the job would be a couple of hours. The electrician received a call from his boss then he worked at a snails pace, having to pop out multiple times to his van or into town and gone for more than 1/2 hour. After 4 hours work he charged me for a full day!!! After complaining that 4 x £30 = £120 he said it was a full day because he didn't have another job on that day!!!! Because of the company's refusal to be reasonable or the boss to call me to discuss, I cannot recommend the company. Fair is fair but this was a rip off.

  As the result of a puppy chewing through the cable of an electric radiator the electricity cut off.

  Smartlec were so reassuring and kind in response to my telephoned request for help re the loss of power. Liam, who came to the house, was friendly, very professional in all he did, reassuring and very helpful, including volunteering to tidy up a defunct fire alarm, which was over and above what he’d come to do. Overall a very positive experience for which the fee was very kindly and generously waived.
