After being highly recommended by a neighbour, Smart Improvements did the loft conversion for us. We’re delighted with the work Max and his team have done on our property. The work was substantial, with dormers put in and a flight of stairs. We’ve been blown away by the space that the team have created for us, and the new bedroom and bathroom have been completed to a really high standard. Right from the initial consultation, it was clear that Smart Improvement have really strong attention to detail and they took complete ownership of the whole building job from design through to completion.

I recently hired Smart Improvement to fully refurbish my house. - A loft conversion and a full reconfiguration of the house including rear extension plus an outbuilding - I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and recommend working with Smart Improvement. The workmanship was great, they thought of things we hadn't considered to make sure the end product looked perfect.
