  Boiler servicing

  Ahmed serviced my gas boiler in SE15 and I’d happily recommend him. He was really communicative before the visit, confirming timing and making sure he had the details he needed. He actually arrived early on the day, which is always appreciated. Friendly and easy to talk to, and efficient once he got to work. The whole thing was straightforward and hassle-free. Would definitely use Smart Home Heat again for future boiler servicing.

  Ahmed did a boiler service and gas safety check. There was an initial miscommunication about the time of the appointment but this was quickly rectified and he made effort to ensure he completed the job today. He was polite, courteous and efficient. He also wore shoe covers when entering the property which I really really appreciated! I would definitely recommend him.

  Great experience with Ahmed

  Ahmed was very professional. Found the issue which was different to expected and fixed it. Also fixed a radiator which wasn’t working which wasn’t requested. Very thorough and checked all radiators to make sure system was working correctly. Will use him again and would recommend to others.

  Ahmed was so quick, helpful and diligent with my boiler repair even on New Years' Day. He diagnosed and fixed the problem but took the time to check that everything was working properly and made cost-efficient recommendations for the future. He even showed me how to fix one issue myself if it arose again. Would 100% recommend to others. Thanks so much for your help.
