  Shower power

  The shower was running cold with no hot water coming through. Kristof checked everything and has now replaced the part. He was excellent and kept me informed a very good job all round. I would recommend him highly for the job.

  Kristof is a great guy I was very pleased to make his acquaintance. He identified my electrical problem very quickly and resolved it on the spot. He is a very good communicator so one knows what diagnosis is and what he is doing. Will recommend to all and sundry.

  Excellent communication, prompt and friendly!

  Kristof was very prompt in coming out and compiling a quote. He is friendly and reassuring and very knowledgeable even though we had lots of little jobs and a couple of big jobs that we wanted to be done. Within 5-6 days of initial contact he had visited us and sent an email with a quote. We ummed and ahhed and even though it was nearly two months later when we could finally do the work he was very accommodating. He worked solidly for four days and completed all of our jobs to a fantastic standard. He was very clean and neat and communicated with us very well throughout. Would definitely reuse

  Electric safety check/fuse board replacement/fault finding

  Prompt replies to any enquiry. Full detailed explanation's before any work was undertaken. Honest and upfront, advised when he thought work wasn’t necessary. Stayed late to make sure jobs were finished to get electricity back on which was really appreciated. All electrics throughly checked, photos taken and again explained everything in great detail and why it needed doing. Polite, friendly and tidy whilst work was being carried out. Would highly recommend.
