We had an excellent experience with Smart Heating Solutions: we wanted to have a heat pump, but our house does not have underfloor heating and there are a lot of windows, so thought it may be tricky. Ali and his team were terrific: the installation was very smooth, and a year later we are more efficient than predicted. The heat pump itself is not noisy, and our house is now really comfortable in summer and winter. I am very happy to recommend Ali and the team.

Have used this company for past 4 years for boiler servicing and minor plumbing issues. Always arrive when they say they will and give updates on arrrival times by text. Easy to request services - by telephone or email. Text reminder of annual service received on Monday. Appt booked within the hour , boiler serviced on the Friday!
