Had good knowledge of the system and installed it fairly quickly. Customer service was great and they noticed something wrong with the current system, which I was able to get rectified.

Steve delivered exemplary service. Not only did he answer our call on Bank Holiday Monday, he tried really hard going back and forth with us to source a part before installing a new Boiler - all within 3 days. I'm aware this is lightning quick right after the long weekend. Furthermore he worked cleanly, always trying to keep his workspace clean and clear and he had all Building Regulations, Warranties and Gas Safety Reports completed in a timely manner. More than all of this though, Steve is just a very decent, personable and trustworthy guy. Someone whom I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I was experiencing issues with my boiler for the last few months, the boiler is only 2 years old. The installer recommended a power flush (£500), I asked smart heating for a second opinion and the advice I received was straight to the point, clear diagnosis and advised to contact valiant direct, who came out and fixed the problem free of charge. This is probably one of the best gas engineers I have ever spoken to, absolutely professional and trustworthy. I would highly recommend to anyone.
