    No call back as promised

    Contacted check a trade on 25/10/22. Response received 26/10 - told the trade was interested and would call me. As of 27/11 there has been no call and I’ve had to try elsewhere. Very poor.

    Repair to windows

    Terrible company. Very rude staff! The workmen removed all of the windows in order to repair their hinges. An inventory report was recently conducted in the property. It was uncovered that the silicon sealant was missing from all of the windows. Clearly they took off the sealant in order to remove the windows, but then totally forgot to apply new sealant. There is no way that my single mother tenant removed the sealant. Smart Glaze got very upset and rude with me when I asked them to go back to the property to re-apply the sealant. I paid the full money but yet the job was not fully finished.

    Your work was completed more than year ago and has been paid by fully and customer thoroughly checked completed work before paying. Now questioning that there is work left(such as silicone around perimiter) which is not left at all, we can accept anything with in month or 6months prior to finish date, however we can't take responsibility after more than said time and it's now more than 1 and half year, also this property was on rent, we can't tell what has happened in that time. We have also offered genuine help to resolve this with the less cost compare to market price, but no joy. We can apologise once again that you felt this way as it was never our wish and choice but we adhere to our company policies. Thanks
