Ben and his team were excellent from start to finish. Ben always kept us informed of what stage we were at and what would be happening next. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of the works, so with our ideas and his professional advice we couldn’t be happier with the end results. We are delighted with our new drive. The work was done quickly, tidily, with the minimum of disruption . Thank you, Ben, and your team. They do drink a lot of coffee !!

This review is written one week since the work was completed. Ben and his team of tradesmen executed the work to a very high standard and took obvious pride therein. The layering of the new drive bed and shingle is good. We will see what it's like in a years time. The bricklayer worked fast and accurately as did the block layer. These trades people are subcontracted and were well know to Ben. Do not expect a smooth well planned journey. Samples never appeared although materials fit for purpose. All timings were fluid (in Ben time). Paperwork? Only the invoices were on time! ALL OK Go Ben

Ben and his team did an excellent job laying a new garden patio and path. The job was priced competitively and completed to an exceptional standard. The men take great pride in their work, and the are polite, easy to talk to and reliable! I have kept a note of Smart Exteriors and will not hesitate to use them again for future jobs.
