    Garage conversion

    We had an old garage that was falling apart. Smart Design and Construction knocked it down, put concrete foundations then built a room with en suite bathroom and storage within 6-7 weeks. The work was fast but to a really high standard. We’re really happy with the work, speed, price and friendly manner.
