I contacted several tradesmen to identify the source of a water stain on my flat roof extension ceiling. Some suggested it was due to cracking mortar in the wall, offering two solutions: repair the mortar or install lead flashing. They found no issues with the felt. Others recommended a new roof or partial replacement. I chose Billy, who provided a quote. Although expensive, it was the quickest option. I can’t confirm if it’s fixed as there’s been no rain. Billy assured me to call him back if the issue persists. The work looks fine to a layperson, but only time will tell.

Highly recommended! We had a roof leak and about 150 tiles needed replacing. The guys arrived first thing in the morning and got to work. They were all very polite and had everything fixed by mid afternoon. At the end, they cleaned up after themselves and called me over to take a look. Couldn’t be happier.

Pressure washed our drive and re sanded

Company hired to replace all fascia and guttering as well as removing the moss from the roof and repairing tiles as needed. They were professional and efficient. Easy company to deal with, team were approachable and responsive to any queries.
