Good communication and identified the problem quickly which was then fixed. Also cleaned gutters as an additional service which was helpful too.

Oliver was prompt in responding to the job and came too the property and was working on the job within 45 minutes. Work seems to have been completed to a good standard. Would recommend to others.

Price agreed and held by a handshake for a new roof. Totally satisfied with work. Team turned up on time and worked until light failed. . Completed in under 3 working days and site was left clean and tidy. Roughly 1/2 paid on 1/2 work done remainder on completion. Found all contractors pleasant.

sent a job request out on checkatrade app and with minutes received a call from James at Smart Choice Home Improvements. we arranged for him to come to provide a quote the next day. this was done. the following day (the friday) we said we'd like to go ahead with the work and on the following monday the scaffolding was put up. the work started on the tuesday and was completed by thursday. impressive work. their team are very tidy, ensuring the drive was as clean as possible before they finished. can't complain

It’s not very often I’m lost for words. To say that I am beyond happy with this company and the work they did for me doesn’t even come close. Engaging, courteous, totally transparent, talking me through everything that they were doing, leaving my home in a tidy state, but, most important, totally completing the work required so wonderfully and efficiently. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
