    I found Smartcare property Maintenance Ltd a pleasure to deal with. We had excellent communication returned my calls and answered my emails as soon as he was able. The work was booked in quickly and the job was undertaken in a professional manner. The property was left in a clean and tidy state when the work was complete. Excellent.

    Felt and beam replacement.

    With a day Lance and his team had replaced the felting and rotten wood our roof. They kept em up to date with images and videos and were very professional. I genuinely can't recommend them enough.

    Roof repair and Dry Verge cap install

    Lance was very helpful from start to finish. he was transparent and gave a break down or the work needed and provided pictured proof of works to show every step taken. he understood I was in a tight squeeze and did everything he could to resolve it and cost and time efficient manner there was no hesitation to answer any questions or any hidden costs I'll definitely use in future and recommend to anyone
