    Works to my bathroom

    Smart Building Services provided a fast, comprehensive and competitive quote for my replacement bathroom vanity unit basin. They arrived exactly on time and completed the install in a fast and efficient manner, took away the old unit and left everything clean and tidy. I found the Smart Building Services plumbers to be efficient, polite and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending their services

    From the outset the communication was excellent proving a quote on the day of initial visit which was extremely reasonable. Turned up on the day they said they would and kept us updated throughout. Every day they cleaned up and the service was excellent. Now we have an extra room exactly as planned.

    Remove old and install new bathroom

    Smart Building Services listened to what I wanted for my new bathroom and provided very valuable advice on the best way this could be achieved. They removed and cleared away all the old bathroom replastered the walls ,new electrics, and new plumbing all to a very high standard. The attention to detail in the final fix and hand over of the completed work was exemplary, all my friends who visit are impressed and complimentary of our new bathroom. Would highly recommend.

    Loft Boarding and Hatch Fitting

    The guys did such a fantastic job fitting a loft hatch and boarding the loft of our Victorian home with very uneven joists and roof timbers. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves every night and carried out the work with a lot less mess than expected. We’ll definitely have them back!
