  I have used Martyn for three jobs to repair issues in my bathroom and have been very pleased with his quick response, ongoing communication and tidiness in his work. Highly recommend.

  Exceptional communication and workmanship

  Seriously isn't another building service I have worked with at home or abroad who are so good. Martyn and Matt always respond immediately and their excellent work justifies the consistent 10/10 reviews. Even a recent tiny leak was not too small a job - thank you for sorting that!. As I may eventually need to consider a full bathroom refit and a flat roof re-covering - Smart Building Services will certainly be the first firm I call.

  Full Bathroom Renovation - exceptional experience

  Matt and Martyn were outstanding! They completed our full bathroom renovation to an exceptional standard. Their workmanship is flawless, communication excellent, and advice invaluable. Nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, treated our home with respect, and kept everything spotless daily. We’re thrilled with our gorgeous new bathroom and couldn’t recommend them more highly. Truly amazing team with outstanding professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. We will definitely be inviting Martyn and Matt back for future projects.

  Great quality - lovely bathroom!

  WOW – what a wonderful experience - Martyn and Matt were amazing! We had a bathroom with separate toilet knocked into one room and a new bathroom put in. We have a very wonky room and the guys dealt with it with no fuss straightening walls and levelling the floor. They kept me informed all the way through, talking to me about different options and making recommendations. As for the mess – it just didn’t happen. They hoovered at the end of every day and kept the house really clean. It was a pleasant surprise how clean they were. A high quality finish too! I now have a lovely bathroom!

  Full house refurbishment

  These guys are fantastic. It was a large scale project, which they went out of their way to complete in line with the timescales that I had set. They managed hiccups with grace and professionalism, always finding a solution to tricky problems. They were reliable, flexible, understanding and enthusiastic to fulfil my requirements. For anything they were unable to complete themselves, they recommended someone or used tradesmen that they were familiar with could trust. I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

  Replace facias soffits and guttering

  Work carried out within specified time to a very high standard, also replaced a small leanto roof, the guys were extremely professional polite and funny, They were very efficient clean & tidy. Would thoroughly recommend them
