  Smart Building Renovations has been exceptional throughout the process until now . From the very start, Rafael has been professional, friendly, and transparent with his suggestions and costs and showing us his previous work. They are very organised and would keep us up to date with everything. We are feeling very comfortable with the whole team working in our home. We are beyond happy with the outcome of our extension. The quality of everything is better than we could have ever imagined. I would definitely recommend them.

   Fatjon did a great job with Painting 3 bedroom Bedroom Flat! The place is well set up, and you can tell a lot of care went into it. He is very professional, trustworthy, and pays attention to detail. If you’re looking for quality, this is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommended!

  Painting & Decorating a 3-bedroom house.

  I hired the company again to carryout out the partition of the living room, plaster boarding, plastering, painting and decorating of the entire 3-bedroom house. The work was truly impressive in quality and speed of completing the work. Rafael and his team were courteous, friendly, highly professional, and meticulous in their attention to detail.
