  The best builders we've ever worked with — by a mile! Rafael and his team completely transformed our home — from the elegant new wall panels and interior doors to a floor so beautifully sanded and waxed it looks like it came straight out of a design magazine. The finish is flawless, and every visitor has complimented it! What truly sets Rafael apart is his calm, reassuring presence.   Excellent Home Renovation Work

  The team did an excellent job with the painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and garden work at my house. Everything was completed with great attention to detail and high quality workmanship.   Smart Building Renovations has been exceptional throughout the process until now . From the very start, Rafael has been professional, friendly, and transparent with his suggestions and costs and showing us his previous work. They are very organised and would keep us up to date with everything. We are feeling very comfortable with the whole team working in our home. We are beyond happy with the outcome of our extension. The quality of everything is better than we could have ever imagined. I would definitely recommend them.

   Fatjon did a great job with Painting 3 bedroom Bedroom Flat! The place is well set up, and you can tell a lot of care went into it. He is very professional, trustworthy, and pays attention to detail. If you’re looking for quality, this is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommended!
