Firstly, we would like to apologise, estimates are usually completed within a day or 2 of you coming to the workshop. I have looked on our system and can see an estimate was generated on 4th April, which I believe is when you came in, if you could check your junk mail just to make sure it hasn’t ended up there. On returning to the office on Tuesday, I will look into this further. Secondly, we always try and provided a quote based on photo’s, unfortunately this isn’t always possible, hence bringing the car to us at the workshop. This is so we can provide a more accurate quote. Lastly, all the people that provide quotes are qualified car body technicians, they understand the work involved in repairing your car to the highest standard, which is what we expect. Again accept our apologies, we take your complaint wry seriously and as a small family run business always try to ensure customer satisfaction is upheld. I will be in touch on Tuesday, when I can look into this further.
