Fantastic service from start to finish. The aircon/heating unit was delivered quickly, which was a great start, and Shane arrived right on time as promised. The installation itself was done to a very high standard – neat, professional, and clearly with great attention to detail. Everything was explained clearly and the system works perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of the job and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

We have used Smart Air and Electrical now for three jobs within the golf complex, every single job has been carried out expertly and efficiently. Shane and the guys that help him are respectful of the property and super tidy in the work they do. The aftersales by Shane is excellent, with him coming back to tidy up bits that he was not happy with yet you and I would just say yes its fine. We as a company could not be happier and would recommend them for any electrical work they require.

Shane supplied and fitted an air conditioning unit for our home office. When he arrived to do the job, there was a problem with the external wall (nothing to do with him) and so he could only do half of it initially. We got the wall sorted, and he kept in touch throughout that time and has just been back to complete the job. We are delighted with the work. The unit seems perfect for our needs, the work was done as quickly as it could be given the situation, Shane was polite, punctual and tidy, and we were also very happy with the price. Would definitely recommend this company.

We couldn’t recommended Smart Air and Electrical enough. We were massively let down by another company and Shane came in and sorted the whole mess up and went above and beyond and his communication is the best we have ever had. We will use them 100% again and we will continue to recommend them.

Had a split heat-pump air conditioner/heater installed in a garden workshop by Smart Air. I was very happy with the choice of unit, the tidiness of the installation and the overall experience of using this company. Would certainly use them again.
