Shane was very responsive and demonstrated a passion for what he does. He even attempted to try and fix my old unit and didn’t charge me when it was clear the old unit was beyond repair. A very professional service at a very reasonable rate.

Excellent experience with Shane! He went above and beyond to try and get the work done as quickly as possible during some incredibly hot weather! Work was done to a high standard, the air con unit looks very smart and is such a luxury to have in your home. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect from first communication to final install. Nothing was too much trouble even after my incessant questions. Installation day Shane , Nick and Lewis worked tirelessly in the pouring rain to get my install done. It was a split system with two Daikin units indoors and an outdoor unit. The work was absolutely faultless , even to the point of them hoovering behind themselves. Although the job was completed Shane and Lewis came back for little snags that they wasn’t happy with, to my eyes it was perfect. Even my dog loves it now… Would recommend 100% without doubt. Thank you.

This is my second time instructing Shane to install AC at my home - this time downstairs. From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-notch. Shane managed to fit me in ahead of schedule, and kept me informed the whole way. He explained the process clearly before starting, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless afterward. Absolutely first class service from Shane. He phoned within two minutes of me submitting my enquiry, 24 hours later on a Sunday he was at my door to do a survey and quote. One week later he’s back and had the whole job done before lunchtime. And all at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend him and no doubt we’ll use his services again in the future.
