From the initial visit Dan was great. The quote was clear, the advice was honest and he delivered it for a very competitive price. The works were completed with very little lead time - the week after we agreed on price. To fit the units we were time constrained as we had a four hour window due to our little children. To resolve that Dan organised for 4 people to turn up and get the whole thing fitted in 4 hours! They worked professionally and tidied up after themselves. 2 weeks on, all good and no regrets!

Installed my LG air conditioner in under 4 hours. It makes a change to get a real professional. They then cleaned up any drilling dust and put everything back into place. Cost was quite reasonable, when compared to other crazy quotes from Checkatrade traders.

Dan was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He sourced us an excellent air conditioner at a very good price and communicated clearly throughout. Installation was quick and easy with his team. Would recommend using smart ac solutions to anyone.

I can't fault the service at all. Dan came around when arranged to do the estimate. I was lucky to get a cancellation shortly afterwards. Everyone arrived as arranged including the electrician so all the work was done in a few hours. The air con installers made sure not to leave dust all over the place - I saw them holding the hoover to the drill as they put a large hole in the side. The electrician gave me an extra socket and replaced the old socket so I got a bonus there (he could have left the old one). Dan appeared near the end to make sure it was all done. Great job.
