  Replacing a flat roof at a church

  Sam Mallett came at the agreed time to quote, good communication, arranged the work to fit around our use of the building, worked through the weekend to complete the job on time. Overall very pleased with the completed work.

  Flue removal and tile replacement

  Sam really helped me out at short notice with removing the remains of an old boiler flue in my roof which had been bagged up but wasn't particularly watertight so was causing a lot of condensation and damp in the loft. I spoke to him on Thursday and he shifted his job around on Friday to come over and take out the last bit of flue, take the tiles back to the ridge then replace the felt, bed the ridge tiles back on and retile where the flue had been. Sam and his workmate were both really polite and friendly and did a great job and I'd happily have them back in the future if needs be.

  Sam is very good at his job. He explains what's going to be done in detail to put your mind at ease. All of the people who came in contact with Sam and his team said they were very polite. He's completed extra work at no extra cost. We will be using his services again on another property. Highly recommend.

  Sam came round very promptly and gave me a same day quotation. He came to complete the job on the day that was said and booked in, very polite team and quality workmanships! Would not hesitate to recommend S Mallett Roofing to any one at all.

  From start to finish Sam and his team were extremely professional, hard working and well mannered. They had good communication with us, turned up on time, and kept us up to date with progress. When they left the place was left clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend S Mallett Roofing.
