Chris was very pleasant and advised me of the problem with my door. He ordered the replacement part and fixed it the next day. I was very impressed with his friendly and pleasant customer service attitude. I would recommend him to friends and family if they needed his services

Chris and Alex are excellent workers, and worked tirelessly to fix our front door, even though the door mechanism proved very stubborn and difficult, they were cheerful, professional, polite, being respectful of our property. and would not leave it until all was working perfectly again, they left leaving no mess all was cleaned up as if they had never been here. Anyone employing Chris and Alex could not get a better job done anywhere. We highly recommend them both, they are totally dedicated to doing excellent work.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Chris. Very sufficient and reliable. Did an amazing job fitting locks on my bedroom doors. Did a thorough job & even came back the next day to finish off & left no mess at all. Also a lovely, polite & friendly person. Would definitely recommend to family & friends.

Came out as soon as the request went in. Kept us informed of the repair all the way through gave options on best way to proceed to ensure the repair was suitable for or needs. Very nice person easy to talk to and did a professional job. Good value for money.

Chris gave an initial assessment when called on the phone, came out promptly, and got the door working again, which required two visits. He kept us fully informed, and was cheerful and helpful, throughout. Thoroughly recommend.
