  Good communication from start. If couldn't make scheduled appointment would contact in good time to let you know and reschedule, which is quite rare in my experience. Good price quoted but this changed after job accepted, but price remained competitive. 2 week wait to start job which is what you would expect with any decent tradesperson. Once started, job completed to a good standard. Turned up when they said they would, worked full days on site. Helpful, courteous, tidy, non intrusive and polite. Would recommend.

  We are absolutely thrilled with the work Steve has done: - Creation of a new doorway between the corridor and living room - Complete transformation and conversion of our utility and laundry rooms - Creation of extra space in our bedroom His skill, precision, and honesty are unmatched. Steve’s workmanship and reliability make him a standout professional, while also being friendly and approachable. After working with many traders, we can confidently say he’s the best.   Plastering

  Ste is a very honest and reliable man. He came to my home to price up a job, after another trade person had done appalling work and quite frankly left my home in a mess. Ste was happy to share relevant documents and information regarding his skills and knowledge (which really reassured me, the same thing wouldn't happen again). Ste was able to carry out the work quickly and sufficiently. He done a fantastic job and was really tidy and polite. I would highly recommend Ste and when I have more work carried out in the future, I will definitely be in touch. Thank you for everything.

  Plastering post rewire

  Could not recommend Ste highly enough! He was professional, friendly and went out of his way to ensure his work was of an excellent standard. The plaster work he has done for us post rewire is better than we ever expected to be able to achieve - it is seamless. He even helped with some other issues we have been having in the house. Thank you Ste for going above and beyond for us during a pretty stressful time!

  Gutter and roof repair

  This is the second time I have used SLR Roofing and I am very happy with the work carried out by them again. We had a leak coming into the house which Steve identified as requiring a gutter repair, a repair on the porch roof, and some repointing. The job was carried out efficiently in a day and looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend SLR Roofing and would use them again in future. Thanks Steve!
