Right from coming really quickly after posting job to completing work in agreed time. Shane was very professional sending quote when he said to sending pictures of problem. Always on time work completed as said and pictures sent of completed work. Very satisfied with would recommend for any work needed

I support a gentleman with a learning disability, he needed his chimney restored and roof tiles replaced. We found Shane on check a trade and from the day we met him for a quote to completing the work Shane was fantastic. His quote was detailed, the work was carried out in a timely manner. His communication and updates were excellent which was very helpful for the gentleman I support as Shane would send pictures of the improvements this helped him understand. Shane very kind with him too explaining everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and Shane left everything tidy

Excellent service (again) from S L Roofing, this time to repair a leaking tiled roof. I have found Shane to be responsive to all queries, honest in his assessments and great at keeping me informed on timings & progress. Shane is my go to for any roofing queries / issues because I fully trust his expertise based on my experience to date.

After an unfortunate start (Shane had an admin mixup and accidentally missed our appointment), he more than made up for it. First he owned up to and apologised for the error. Then he rearranged quickly and at our convenience. Then he did the job gratis to make up for it. He was polite and personable throughout. Explained what he was doing and gave us plenty of photos etc to illustrate the problem and solution. Cannot say fairer than that! Will recommend him.

From filling out the initial form on Ccheck a trade, the service received has been excellent. Shane contacted me quickly and arranged to view the job within the week. Once we had agreed on the price a date again within a week was arranged for the completion of the job. Shane turned up on time, job done in one day, he left the site clean and tidy. The service received was great and I would definitely recommend Shane to family and friends. My 87 year old mum who's chimney he took down, thought he was an absolute charmer in a positive way.
