Spencer has been nothing but professional from start to finish. Communication was very good and he kept me up to date with costs and timeframes. The work was carried out in about 2 hours and Spencer and his colleague left our house spotlessly clean when they were done. The broken window is now fixed and we’re very happy with the results; we would definitely recommend this company.

The Job required some urgency, was contacted very quickly and quoted straight away. Only delay was waiting for the glass to arrive as had to be ordered and that wasn't to do with the tradesmen. Once arrived was sorted very quickly.

Spencer provided quick response for a quotation and good flexibility to modify it to fine tune to our changes. Booking a slot for the work could have been a little slicker, but once a date was agreed he completed the job quickly and to a high standard. And provided certsass certification and guarantee. Delighted with the end result and would recommend.

Spencer from SLM Windows & Doors was lovely. He did an excellent job in replacing the hinges on our bathroom window. His communication was fantastic and charges were very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again and would highly recommend him to anyone including all my friends and family.
