  Fixing boiler leaks and replacing a thermostat and boiler control unit

  I had an excellent experience with this plumbing and heating engineer. He quickly identified and fixed two leaks on my boiler, and replaced a faulty thermostat and boiler control unit with precision. His attention to detail was impressive—using a vacuum to keep everything tidy while drilling, and a laser-guided spirit level to ensure the thermostat was mounted perfectly straight. Professional, efficient, and very thorough. Highly recommended!

  Faulty Motorised Valve

  Simon came to diagnose and repair a faulty motorised valve in our heating system which meant that the radiators were also heating up whenever the hot water was on. He responded to my initial message immediately, came to assess the problem the following day (keeping me informed of his ETA) and fixed it with an hour or so. He was very friendly and respectful of my home and left everything spotless afterwards. Highly recommended - thanks Simon!

  Valliant boiler repair and service

  I’d used Simon some years back to install a hot water tank in my loft. This continues to run fault free. Recently my boiler began playing up, Simon recognised the likely problem from the fault codes alone and arrived with the parts next day. I also opted for a CH service as the boiler was stripped down anyway, all no problem. Everything is running fault free now and the boiler has new seals to boot. Simon is super helpful and is happy to explain each step of what and why he’s doing the work, which is useful to me as I’m retired trade myself and I just like to understand how things work. 👍🏻

  Worked very neatly, left the place the way they found it , answered and questions I had , easy to talk to , arrived on time , completed on time, at the agreed price. Would highly recommend. Excellent workmanship form all members of the team
