I was incredibly grateful for the rapid response from S L Hall Electrical Services when my elderly parents were left without power, heating, and hot water. A single phone call and Spencer was at their home within a couple of hours. He conducted a thorough investigation, quickly identified the issue, and resolved it to my parents' immense relief. Spencer was very professional. I explained my issue with the side socket not working. He gave me some advice to remedy the problem myself. I text him the next morning and he was at my home with half an hour. He did a thorough check of the cables and fuse boards. Even pulling out the oven. Where he discovered the earth wire was incomplete. He diagnosed my issue with fuse board and explained what he had to do and how much the part would cost.
