  Toilet Leak

  Fixed a toilet leak behind tiling. Removed tiles without breaking and sorted the leak. Clean and tidy work.

  We called Sean after having water come through our kitchen ceiling Shaun came out straight away, and worked non stop untill he found the root cause of the leak. He then carried out a temporary repair as agreed with ourselves to ensure we could have heating and water until the full repair was carried out. He then gave us a couple of options on a permanent repair and even did research on it when he was away to ensure this was the best and cheapest option for us. Sean at all times was clean, polite and very professional, and most importantly was honest in his advice

  Leaky Kitchen tap replaced

  We had a leaky kitchen tap that was well over 20 years old and I made it worse by trying to replace the tap valve myself which resulted in twisting the pipes. Sean came the next day where the leak had since gotten worse, but with minimal fuss he managed to get the rusty one out. The new mixer tap I got was a little too big for the hole in the equally old sink, but he managed to sort that out as well. As a last minute request, I also asked him to fit some new isolator valves which was no trouble. I'm glad I didn't have another crack at it as I'm sure I would've ended up flooding the kitchen!
