Prompt and clear communication, very easy to book, didn’t leave a mess.

From start to finish, this team were brilliant. Communication was prompt and accurate so that I knew who was coming and when. Alex turned up as promised and was so professional, doing the service and then explaining why our hot water was scalding hot! He then set up a return visit to make the repair which again went like clockwork. All was again explained and very efficiently dealt with. I had to call to ask a question and both the call center (Daniel) and engineer (Alex) were happy to speak and returned calls promptly. I cannot speak highly enough of this company - a great find!

They came promptly when out of service and got our boiler checked, gas on and central heating running again, and gave great advice, really helpful engineers. I have used them on two separate occasions now. Very happy with this company and I will be using again for yearly boiler services and future repairs.
