We engaged S Lee-Alliston & Son Builders for the groundworks, including digging up old floors for insulation and underfloor heating and laying new foundations. I can't fault this contractor. They turned up when they said they would, carried out the work to what they quoted with no hidden costs, and completed the job on time. The chap that carried out the work was friendly, courteous and accommodating as he had to work in a busy warehouse environment. Highly recommended!

I cannot praise Steve and Gary enough. They took on a huge task of building my house on a tricky site which started with demolishing an existing building a year ago. Throughout they have been reliable whatever the weather, helpful, considerate of neighbours and I have been informed throughout. Having been in the business for many years, Steve knows every tradesman personally and everyone working on the site has been helpful, reliable, polite and worked to a very high standard. I have relied upon their experience, thoughts and expertise and would recommend them. They built a gorgeous home
