Wanted a quote on loft insulation. Had a couple emails asking lots of questions, which I answered and then nothing. Chased up and still no response - all a bit pointless. If you don’t want a simple job then say so.

We get many requests for insulation works and we ask for the details to be filled out correctly so we can help you. I can see you had issues with providing the relevant information and we had to politely ask for this a few times. After some rather blunt and rude returned emails from yourself followed by an angry phone call when you swore at my staff we decided it would best to ignore you as you seemed a very angry little man. I have taken this on board that it may not be the best way to deal with this situation so thank you. I would look into your bad attitude and anger issues as you may get better results when wanting companies to come round and make the time to provide a free estimate for you. All the best
