Emmanuel firstly responded to my call, especially given the fact that this was few days before Christmas while most of them willnot answer the phone and even if they do they will only do it after the new year. He showed interest in doing the job , proposed a time to do the job immediately and communicated well with me and kept me informed me when he was running slighly late which 95% of the workmen doesn't do as we have to chase them .
