I was very impressed with the overall service from my initial contact through to completion of the EPC checks. All communication was very clear and Sarf was very pleasant to deal with. He turned up in a timely manner and provided me with the EPC certificates on the same day. His rates were also very competitive compared to other EPC companies I had made enquiries with.

Saf from the moment we spoke and engaged his services he was sending correspondence punctually, liaised with the tenant, agreed a time and explained in detail what I needed & why. He was courteous, charming and beyond helpful and I couldn’t recommend more highly. At the visit the tenants feedback was the same and happy to refer on too.
