I can’t recommend highly enough. Outstanding service in every way. Saf impressed me throughout the process. He gave me an appointment slot within a few days because of my need for urgency and the price of the survey was competitive. On the day of the survey, he arrived on time and communication was great. He was pleasant, polite, very professional and went above and beyond. He was respectful of my home, answered all my questions comprehensively and had the completed report ready later the same day, which he talked through with me on the phone that evening. Excellent and impressive.
