All communication was brilliant. I was informed when they were arriving and what they would be doing to start the ongoing maintenance.

I have now contacted Chris and the Skyfell team twice to have 3 large trees cut in my garden. My garden is small and the trees overhang my neighbours garden. The team have been brilliant. They have listened to what I wanted, cut the trees in a beautiful rounded shape and cleared up after themselves. The garden is left spotless and my neighbours hardly knew any work had been done. Chris gets back to enquiries straight away and his team are punctual and really polite. They are absolutely brilliant.

Turned up on time. Carried out the work to my complete satisfaction. Left the garden and drive so tidy you would never know they had been there! Excellent polite people who knew their stuff. Thank you for a great job done well.

Chris has been quick and efficient at communicating with me from the moment I sent through my initial enquiry. Today Neil came and removed some chunky roots where I'll be planting up some hedging and ground down the stump. Neil was punctual, really thorough and so tidy - I'm delighted with the finished result! He also explained the aftercare and gave some good advice for when I plant up the hedging. A really lovely chap and I'll definitely be back in touch once my hedge is established and needs trimming. I have no hesitation in recommending Skyfell.
